Delete Your HeartLynk Account

HeartLynk users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information at any time.

To request account deletion, please email:

hello@heartlynk.com

Please include:

• Your registered email address
• Your display name, if applicable
• A clear request to delete your HeartLynk account

Once received, we will process your request and delete or anonymize account-related personal information where legally and operationally possible.

Information that may be deleted includes:

• Account profile information
• Compatibility questionnaire responses
• Profile photos or videos
• Communication preferences
• App usage data associated with your account

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory purposes.
