Acceptable Use

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to HeartLynk, including profile information, photos, and messages.

By submitting content, you grant HeartLynk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- host
- display
- reproduce
- distribute
- process

such content solely for the operation and improvement of the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

Intellectual Property

All HeartLynk branding, logos, software, designs, content, and platform materials are owned by HeartLynk or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:
- copy
- reproduce
- modify
- distribute
- reverse engineer
- commercially exploit

any part of the platform without written permission.

Privacy

Your use of HeartLynk is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

HeartLynk may integrate with third-party services, tools, or providers.

We are not responsible for:
